Swanson had an awesome return for a touchdown. Sampson ran the ball like no other tonight. Kuntz made some nice passes. SK defense blown 2 coverages and it cost them. Beechwood blocked a kick on SK's first drive they would have scored if they went for they was running the ball down Beechwood's throat. Beechwood's QB played really good tonight. Once again proud of both teams the heat was really bad.

I am proud of both teams playing in that heat. It was very hot in the bleachers.

 

Someone mentioned that to me but I didn't think it was that bad out. I rode by on the bike so I felt it from Erlanger to SK, glad they were able to get the game in.

Am I the only one who thinks it is rediculous that fans of a 6A school are stoked about beating a 2A squad that hasn't been relevant since 2006 and 1A school that was missing their best player? A 6A school should never lose to a school from 1A or 2A.

 

Tell that to Trinity and X, school size absolutely has nothing to do with how much better a team is/should be.......... With that said Beechwood is traditionally a very good program.

Those temperatures were not measured on the turf. I was there, it felt like 100.

My car said it was 94 out before game time. Add in the humidity or heat index it was probably over 100 on the field. Plus no trees or shade any where.

How many paid assistants does Beechwood have? I swear I saw almost one coach for every BW player. Had to be 25+ coaches on the field and press box,

I hate it when people say this crap. Why then should a big school ever schedule a small school with this mentality. Its an absolute no win situation. I don't care what class Beechwood is or who did and did not play. They are a great program and this is a good win for SK. Congrats.
