And for that I extend you a sincere and well earned, "Congratulations!"

To maintain that record however, you have to get by Morgan County, January 21st, and your Valentine's date with Rose Hill February 14th...

Your point? BC beat Russell with the transfer on the bench.

and how many more minutes did the transfer play than the region's best defender?

We will see come March.

This thread needs to get back on topic!

Yep it sure does, and he will carry BC to the #1 spot in your poll, I hope. Big games coming up will determine that though. Until they play Morgan or Morgan loses, I still agree with having BC #2.

Your right, TRANSFERS have been helping A LOT OF TEAMS for A LOT OF YEARS. :thumb:

By the way Cubster, give the County a little love on this weeks poll....Being back to Number 2 would be satisfying.

Unless they loss to East then that is almost a certainty.

Also, the definition of a transfer in my opinion, means someone that plays for one school then goes to another to play. Owens has never played High School ball until this year, and it happened to be at Boyd. So in theory he isnt a transfer.

Almost all of Boyd County's strong teams have contained transfers. I guess that is the way to go in the past 15 years.
