I think BC goes in front of Fairview.

Everyone definetly counted Boyd out against Fairview, they were wrong. I seen in the Lexington paper that Boyd was ranked 6th in Region. Pretty sad. Morgan, Ashland, Elliott, Fairview and Rowan were all ahead. What are they smoking?? :creepy:

I can't argue with Tiny's last post, and Boyd definitely deserves a bump up in the region rankings, but with all due respect King, I don't think five points in a game that Fairview shot 50% from the charity stripe qualifies as a whole lot of separation.

Big win?

Absolutely, and congratulations ... :thumb:

I assure you that I'm not trying to take anything away from anybody here, but this region's flatter from top to bottom than I can ever remember it being.

I'm still convinced that on any given night it could be anybody's ball game.

I wouldn't get too worked up about it. As the regular season unwinds, these things all shake themselves out. With this win, I think the top three in the region at this time have to be:

Morgan

Boyd

Fairview

As the rest of the season is played, these standings will almost certainly change again.

Hey, Hey, Hey - let's leave my figure out of this argument, and stick to discussing the region ...

( Me too... )

My bad - you actually said "Flatter". I thought you said "Fatter".

Never mind.

That is very true about the region, but as long as you win the game, it doesn't really matter how many points you win by :thumb: I always thought that the mark of a good team is the team that can win the close games.

Without a doubt. A win's a win. Especially over a tough opponent.

I was merely addressing your statement regarding "separation", which IMO is not especially significant, at least at this point this season.

I think that blowouts may be less likely than upsets from here on out.

I totally agree, this is the most balanced I think I have ever seen this region. I was just basing my comments on the fact that so far Boyd is undefeated inside the region.

And for that I extend you a sincere and well earned, "Congratulations!"

To maintain that record however, you have to get by Morgan County, January 21st, and your Valentine's date with Rose Hill February 14th... :D
