im talking to a prospect right now and he said you can basically tell scout what ever you please and rivals is the best but it seems they never update.

But its not that accurate with all players. Agreed Quick is a 5* but there's players with outrageous measurements, and offers that dont exist.

actually was making reference to some X players who are being screwed by the site and other players on the site who have imaginary offers. I think they handled T well. You all need to start reading the content of my posts and stop assuming im talking about T because you all are starting to look stupid. Trust to know if i had something to say about T i would say the name Trinity in the post and directly comment on the situation. No undertones from me.

i came on this thread just asking had he been updated on rivals as well, hence all my questions about the different recruiting sites. Other users just seem to be annoyed when i comment because they think im criticizing the T squad. No doubt in my mind Quick is #1 in the state and T is the most talented team in the state. If i have something to say about them i will indeed say it.

I know that UC is Leading right now but since his rating is now elite status,some of the big name schools who were close to offering before, will certianly do so now.

No I'm not saying change theirs minds. I'm saying all the big schools who were close to offering him before but had Dawkins even with higher rated RB's so they held off,electing to extended offers to the Higher rated RBs.

 

Here's what led to Dawkins Higher rating. His stock his risin because reports are out that he has gone from 170 to 185 lbs & that he has looked awsome in the preseason with a new O-line. So no, not the rating but rather what led to the higher rating.

 

 

now on the flip side, Landing a 4* recuit is considered a big score for any college, so you betcha it sure as hell brings more attention to the Recuit. So Colleges who were not considering him before will now give him a closer look by now viewing his game film & watching his upcoming games.

I have trouble believing a coach made an eval on a kid and passed but will then reconsider and offer.

 

I believe that those that like him but haven't offered are waiting to see how others shake out. I don't the "star" issue factors in at all.

Well maybe you didn't understand my post

 

Cause I'm not saying just that * system & I never said they passed on Him or reconsider- I said held off- Meaning they needed to see more to conclude one way or the other

coaches do pay attention to stars

 

Coaches don't have an unlimited amount of time for scouting teams, game planning, having a life, recruiting, and watching a million hs football players. Word of mouth, camps, stars rankings, and a mixture of other thing help them focus on targets.

Regarding post 40, Coach Beatty has said, in response to a question, that DD is "bigger, stronger and faster" than he was last year........which of course is quite normal for a kid his age.
