Somthing doesn't add up with numbers. Given population of both counties if the Murray vote was 36% turn out it would put the total register voters at close to 11,000. Calloway county has close to 7000 more people in it then Marshall yet 13,100 votes were cast in Marshall.

It was only the city of Murray.

Correct, just a city vote. City Population is 17,741 according to the last census.

Thanks. Definitely makes more sense.
I knew we had many dry counties but the map opened my eyes as to how many we have. Are any other states like KY when it comes to alcohol?

Was thinking the exact same thing, I was thinking there were maybe a dozen or more but not a few doezen with a few dozen more essentially being limited.

Any official results on this?
