Larry Nance was a fantastic dunker, but for that position (assuming we're calling him a center instead of the PF he actually was) I'll still take Planet Lovetron. Dawkins would, after all, snap every bone in Larry's body were he to actually try and defend it. Everybody talks about Dominique, but the fact is his best dunks were power-dunks. Why does he get a pass? And for the record, I love 'Nique.
