June 11, 201214 yr I have a question and don't feel like starting an entire thread devoted to it. Just a quick question for my devoted fellow Reds boys: Do you think the Reds are better with Stubbs out, Heisey in CF and in the 2 hole?
June 11, 201214 yr Author Whatever happened to put your body in front of the ball. When did swinging your arm and olay become proper defense in baseball. If he had taken the time to do that Santiago would have beaten it out anyway.

I think the Reds are better with Heisey in the 2 hole, but not with Ludwick playing over Stubbs.

My opinion is bais, I think stubbs should not be on this teams roster and traded ASAP.

June 11, 201214 yr Well, if you get rid of him and BP, we would be in the cellar, considering we have nada to replace them. Center fielders that strike out over 150 times a year are a dime a dozen. Plenty of them to replace him with. I could agree with you on a 2nd baseman, no idea what the Reds have in the farm system besides the Hamilton kid.
June 11, 201214 yr Homer has the 2nd most QS on the team and we have people that want him to be a reliever. :ohbrother::ohbrother:
June 11, 201214 yr Yeah but I thought he had to make contact. Pretty iffy call. Contact is not required.
June 11, 201214 yr Going into tonight.....Homer Bailey runs allowed this year: 0 outs 7 run, 1 out 8 runs, 2 outs 18 runs #Reds - From Lance's twitter.
