April 19, 201214 yr Stacey Poole just transferred from UK, as far as I know Cal didn't put any restrictions on him? To answer my own question, Georgia Tech is what I am seeing.
April 19, 201214 yr Dont the other Big Ten schools have to approve it to be a rule, doesnt matter who is behind the rule. So it doesn't matter that Ryan is going against a rule he pushed to change in order to land a recruit? You are sounding worse than Ryan just did and that is hard to do...

April 19, 201214 yr Direct Compettitor. Granted, they dont know what ACC team they will be playing, so they are all potential directly scheduled compettitor. Example: Say Wall a few years ago for UK decides after freshman year he wants to transfer from UK, to say North Carolina. Would UK allow it, absolutly not, they have a contract to play each other the next 2 years. Isn't UK the same school that had Marvin Stone transfer to Louisville. And direct competitor? How about being a competitor yourself as a coach and saying that one kid transferring out of conference isn't going to affect my season at all, outside of not having him available for your team? Also, Wisconsin has no "contract" with any ACC school. In the way that it is set up, they have just as much of a chance meeting a Big East or SEC school in the NCAAs. Are those conference's schools direct competitors as well? There is just slightly less of a chance that they'll play.
April 19, 201214 yr ^ They will play one in the Big 10 - ACC challenge not that it matters just saying.
April 19, 201214 yr He sounds like a jilted lover. He's just mad that the kid is transferring. That's why he's making this so difficult.
April 19, 201214 yr ^ They will play one in the Big 10 - ACC challenge not that it matters just saying. Correct, but they don't have a direct contract w/ them until the game is assigned. Even then, I don't know that it is directly b/n the two schools. I believe that it is b/n the conferences and they split revenue.
April 19, 201214 yr Side note, Didnt this kid redshirt this year? If so he is going to lose a year in a transfer, (the transfer year will count against him because he was already redshirted) wont it?
April 19, 201214 yr Author Colin ripping him now. He replays him ripping greeny for not playing which don't matter. I usually Greeny is the wimp he portrays but he actually stood his ground.
