That is superb, and I'm happy for you that you get inside information for recruiting news. However, BlueMagic's original point was not an attack on anyone whatsoever. You obviously took it as that mistakenly, as you insinuated he worked a "backhand" in a situation he "obviously doesn't know much about." What is wrong with saying that he wouldn't be a centerpiece for UK? What is wrong with saying he wouldn't want much competition? Nothing. No backhand. You just took it as that.

Why would he want competition with his last year of CBB? :idunno: And why would I rip a kid for not coming to UK? I don't hate on any players for not picking the Cats, never have, never will. If giving the pros and cons of picking a school is "hedging my bets," so be it. Interpret it as you want, but that wasn't the intent of the post.
April 9, 201214 yr Can't see him getting that if UK gets Noel and Mohammad. Wiltjer and Poythress would be more troublesome to Oriahki's minutes than Muhammad would be. Although right now its looking like they may be it, unless the Cats pick up a commit from Anthony Bennett or Amile Jefferson. Even if Kentucky gets one or two of the latter I still don't see them challenging a whole lot of Oriahki's minutes for next season if he comes to Kentucky. I think Oriahki could start at the 4 and Noel start at the 5 if they both come in, but I could also see a rotation that plays Poythress at the 4 spot and unless Noel isn't on the floor at the 5 I don't see Oriahki being on the floor in that situation unless its at the 5 spot. If Kentucky doesn't end up getting Bazz then Poythress would be pretty locked into that 3 spot I would imagine so that sures up even more minutes at the 4. However, if Bazz does come, Goodwin, and Poythress will join him as guys who will need to be on the floor a bunch. If Wiltjer gets a little bit stronger and his defense and quickness continues to improve it's going to be tough to keep minutes at the 4 spot away from him as well. Jefferson and Bennett would both be able to contribute next year but if they are on the roster they would all be vying for minutes at the 4 behind all guys mentioned with Jefferson being able to play some 3 if need be.
