  1. I think i picked this one pretty well, Buckhorn is a very good team but North Laurel plays some tough competition in their region, but hpw well was the game played by the teams.
  2. yes, Zack Gay and the wildcats are playing good basketball but North Laurel plays in a very tough region i think this one will be close. N-Laurel 5-
  3. I look for this kid to step up his scoring some next year and making a name for himself, thanks for the stats.
  4. The owls played in this one with few mistakes but the thing that hurt them the most was 11/27 from the free throw line other than that a hard played game for the owls, im impressed with the improvment
  5. There are some great juniors in the 14th, Kendra Combs from Owsley County is a good player helping her team come from a disapointing season lest year to a 14W/7L season this year she has helped this team out greatly. What are other juniors in the 14th that are seen as great or impact their team greatly.
  6. I'd like to know the stats for the big man Zack Gay if anyone can get that, this young man is a great player IMO D-1 material
  7. Dont know the exact score but it was LCC by 3 at the end of OT, free throws had alot to do with this one not only at the end of the game Owsley missed alot of free throws during the game.
  8. Buckhorn played in a very tough OT game against JBS in the all A they proved themselves to be one of the top teams in the region, Powell Co. has some good wins but have losses to Lee and KCC. After the top 9 teams I found it hard to pick a 10 the rest of teams were very close.
  9. Dbl Dbl's by the leaders of the team, and a nice 17 pts by the scorer Mika Turner, but 20 pts and 19 boards by kendra combs is player of the week kind of numbers. Maybe their coach should look into that.
  10. I for one am not in favor of holding the ball the whole game, sure you get the win but your not showing the talent level of your team and not a very good crowd pleaser. Now at the end of the game, last min. or two sure.
  11. 1. Breathitt Co. 2. Hazard 3. JBS 4. Buckhorn 5. PCC 6. LCC 7. Powell 8. Lee 9. KCC 10. Estil
  12. Breathitt again shows that they are one of the top teams if not the top team in the region, after beating tough teams like Hazard, Buckhorn, and now Lee. Like Lee, Breathitt also has jbs in their next games and we'll see just how good this Breathitt team can be.
  13. winning region would definatley be the bigger of the two, with the accomplishment of not only beating the 1A schools in your region but all of them.
  14. I'm taking buckhorn in this one to, the big man Zack Gay is a big threat in the post, and they have great outside shooting as well... Buckhorn by 10+
  15. Good win for the wolves, they were a little undersized but showed the great shooting touch from beyond the arch, dont know the stats but from what i watched a good showcase from them
