His managing and the luck this team has on a day to day basis with pitchers getting homers and 2 hits a game make me cheer against this team at times because the lineup Baker puts out there day to day does not even compare to about half a dozen teams or more, I miss Votto lots. I will be back on board when he starts playing again:thumb:

So even if Bailey and Leake stay in a funk, Chapman does not start? Is there any scenario where you try Chapman starting a few times and in the playoffs? Is an injury the only one?

This will get this clerk fired because loss prevention will think this clerk is a friend of yours and did it on purpose. I work in retail and they know when there are shortages like this and who the clerk is,etc. it might take awhile but there are more cameras, etc designed to watch employee theft than there are customers, a huge problem.

If Leake and Bailey show they can't handle the extra inning load, does Dusty try Chapman starting a couple of times in Sept. and trust Marshall/Broxton to close in preps for the playoffs or do you hope you win those playoff games with your top 3 so your 4 and 5 don't matter so much?

Halladay is just as bad or worse, the Reds could easily have 7 runs. I don't think this year's Phillies staff or bullpen puts any fear in the Reds.I'll still take the Reds in this shootout with Chapman getting the save as usual
