Parker usually is the DH when Pugh catches.

I don't see either of them throwing this game either. If Samad was healthy then he, West, or Russell could have thrown and Conner would still have an arm for Boone.

Conner travels to Union to take on the Raiders. This is not a seeding game. Any thoughts?

I'm not sure if West has been clocked this year, but I would say he has touched anywhere from 84-87. I don't know who threw for Clay.

Game was tied at one going into the bottom of the seventh when Tates hit a bases loaded single to put away the Cougars. Mark Albrecht did a great job throwing strikes and letting his defense make the plays. He only gave up one earned run.

Nick West goes 5 innings and records 10 K's Friday night. The only run he gave up was on a homerun.

Cnner suffers a loss along with two injuries. Sophomore Freese looked good for a first outing.

Samad went 5 for Conner. Not sure who pitched for the Pioneers.

Final. Game was suspended due to the storm in the bottom of the fifth while Conner was batting.

A back and forth battle but the Colonels come out on top. Nick West went 4 innings for the cougars giving up three runs. Warning pitched very well for the Colonels. Shumate pitched an inning and someone else, not sure who. Pugh had two homeruns. Siemer had a homerun. Not sure of any other stats. I'm sure TOG will have some :thumb:

St. Henry's starter kept the Cru in the game as long as he could. Conner flat out crushed the ball in the top of the sixth to put up 14 runs. Conner's starter had a rough night, but their relief pitcher threw very well allowing only 1 run. Conner is now 5-0 on the season.

Conner's starting pitcher gave up a 3 run homerun in the third and went down 3-1 and rallied back from a 4-1 defecit in the fifth to win it 5-4.

Conner is 3-0. They also beat Villa. Conner's pitching has only allowed one run in it's three games. Great start for the Cougars.
