Shooter I am sorry if i have made you mad, but when your teams and district has been berated as by a lot of NKy people would you not get frustraded too? All to often NKy teams have the better than thou attitude( no denying it) I work in NKy and i hear it everyday. No matter how hard these kids from All over the rest of the state work it is always NKy is the best. All I ask at least give a good look at a lot of other schools in the state. These kids play as hard as anyone in the state give credit where credit is due. They are in the regional finals for a reason they are pretty good.

Guess what no one cares 2 of those teams are watching now. So with that said new season new teams get over it. Who cares if they are the defending state champs? That was last year this is still a new year and they can be beat( look at the record).

Like I have said in past threads Northern Ky people think their teams are far superior than anyone. Oldrambler better tell Hoof and the guys just to stay home. NCC is a good team, prone to many turnovers this year, sub par pass coverage, but they have quick players. Guaranteed most people from NKy have not seen this years version of the Rams. They have quite possibly one of the fastest over teams in 1A football. But i guess it doesn't matter cause the northern attitude throws a dark shadow on everyone but them. I hope that both teams play a hard fought game and it comes down to the wire, and we know who I want to win. GO RAMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:fight:

This poll is so messed up. There is no way the remainder 8 teams can't be in the top 10. They are still in the playoffs for a reason. LCA lost to an unranked team i don't think so. Raceland was ranked in the top 10, whoever came up with this is crazy. You don't beat a top 10 oppenent and drop out of the top 10 yourself. It is a good thing the BGP polls don't count for the state rankings.

EQUUS I am sorry I took it the wrong way. I have seen other from Northern Ky that make the statements that no team other than another Northern Ky team has a shot. I hope that this gonna be the game of the week, i think that this has the potential to put the team into the state championship. We both are very proud of our teams best of luck to NCC, but I hope they lose no offense meant.

Here we go NO ONE ever has a chance against a Northern KY team. SO what if they won state last, this is a new year and a different Rams team than any NKY team has ever faced. We are not running the wishbone offense incase any of you have cared to watch. If I remember NCC is a #3 seed repeat a #3 seed. It gets so old listening to we are inferior to you. Grow up EQUUS GREVYI give some other teams credit. We have been a good team all year 11-1 is not a shabby record. You have probably have not seen the Rams play this year, so you really probably don't have a clue what you are talking about. If Beechwood have had their #1 back NCC would be setting at home watching, you all ought to thank Bankamper for giving you all the game. I am only asking give Raceland a chance they are not 11-1 for nothing, solid offense, BIG special teams, and probably one of the BEST defenses in 1A football.

Congrats to all the LCA kids. They got down fast and didn't give in. These kids have a lot of heart and more determination than I have seen in a long time. EE I wish you wouldn't have turned out the lights LOL. LCA you have one of the if not the best frosh QB's in the state. This kid is gonna be all-state if he continues this play. That kid doesn't act or look like a frosh on the field. #30 is a good running back too. RAMS you all played and left it all in Lexington. This was a good test before you play NCC like Bluto said Northern KY teams are beatable. One game at a time keep it up.

The damage was a little more extensive than first thought. So please continue to keep the kid in your prayers, so that he will have comfort dure the time leading upto the operation. It could very well be a on-sided game(not likely), I hope not but we never know. And when I say that I mean for either team. All it takes is a couple flat plays and this game could get out of hand fast.(for either team).

Honestly I think of it as the arm pit of the state(my opinion). As for a lot of the post on here you all are just plain rude. The first time you played Ashland, and then the Boyd County game. Now it starts all over again with Ashland, you guys need to get a little class about you and remember not everyone is from the sticks. As for JC winning the state championship you will never see it happen. Lex cath, Highlands or Cov Cath will show you all what football is all about. JC has played in the weakest district and have not played a team the caliber of those 3 teams. I changed my mind for the simple fact of the classlessness of the JC fans. If I remember right the first ashland thread was kicked off because of your lack of class.
