I suppose it depends on what you are trying to accomplish . I am not knocking anyone I think they are the best and run a great football program I just feel that a little more thought could go into it .They will walk all over this team 56-0

You are 100% right it should but the way it has been done I don't see how you could possibly tell anything about any of these players 1 or 2 plays a game for each of them even the frosh. One game they were running into each other .Run in-down set -run out ------what is that? Come on guys these players deserve better don't you think? With a little thought a REAL look could be given to some of the back up players.Not giving them a real opportunity could be bad especially if they are needed when you have injury's etc. These players work just as hard and in some cases harder than the chosen few.

First thing to come to mind was the hit Clark put on there QB last fall right after Russell was penalized three times for getting a little rough I don't know how many remember that but I bet that kid does just wondering do they still have the same QB from last year?

Yes there are:sleep: on this team if given the opportunity I believe they would rise to the occasion I hope they get the chance that some have had.

Another back with very good potential is Hopper if he could stay healthy and is utilized I think he could develop very well he's a strong runner & loves to hit.The more he runs the ball the better he gets.We just have not seen alot from him in the varsity games.

I believe they possess what it takes the cream just HAS to rise. I agree need more physical play, mental toughness ....goes back to how bad do they want it.

I believe Russell will use these games to seek out the right players for the job ahead they are still looking for the one's who are going to step up and make it happen and with the recent injuries that issue is even that much more of a task. But Russell will be ready come playoff time.They are deeper than most seem to think.There are some :sleep: that are just waiting to be turned loose.

The frosh have a game every week which you will not see being played by any one other than frosh. The jv have there games as well but there are some who's only playing time come in the varsity games on friday nights and when they do get to play they should not have to share playing time with frosh.
