I hope Coach Sims gets his shot he deserves it, but how has PC handled other coaching changes do they promote the next in line every time?
One day seems really quick for the job to already have been offered, I would think the job will be posted and hopefully Coach Sims gets it at the end of the process.
Who exactly does the faithful at Ashland want as the head coach?? The suggestions on here seem wide and varied. If this attitude is the undercurrent of the programs support I'm not sure as a head coach if I would want to walk into this situation.

Which coaches do you think will have their teams prepared and ready to hit the ground running when the season starts?
Would the new coach direct the entire program from top to bottom?
What kind of support from the administration; wasn't the last coach there only a year? Did he leave of his own choice?
