I agree with your entire post. I especially agree and am concerned about the Bolded. Our players cannot do anything about that and will have to stay disciplined / mentally tough as was said and play through it.

Raceland has to play disciplined. No getting drawn into what I call "chicken fighting", or being drawn into getting PF type penalties. Rams … your coaches will have a great game plan this week, work hard in preparations and Stay Focused ! As Doc likes to say ….. TCB !!

I'm not sure that Raceland will / should be favored to win this week. Ports. West has a very good (#3 or #4 ranked in their class in OH.) team and with this one in Portsmouth, that may be too much for Raceland to come out with the win. I will say that a person would have to look a long way to find a harder hitting game this week, both of these teams really hit .

Raceland gets the W tonight and basically scored at will. The Rams will also have a lot to work on this week in giving up large chunks of yardage in the passing game tonight. The Rams powerful running game was once again led by Judd Adkins, 4 td's and Hunter Lacks, 2 td's Aside from the win , was great to see that former Rams Coach, Principal Larry Heck was inducted into the Rams Football Legends Hall of Fame tonight. Coach Heck, imo was the one that started the drive for and Traditions of District and Regional Titles at Raceland. Bill T. Ross took it from there. Before Heck, there wasn't any talk of championships His teams in the 1970's set the standards, culture that you see present at Raceland now.

From the way things sound, Valley has thrown the ball for over 200 yds.. Are finding holes in the Ram secondary. Raceland has scored via both pass and run.

With this one at home and on Rams Football H.O.F. Night , I think that the Rams should win. I'm not certain but I don't believe that Raceland has lost on an H.O.F. night. My advice to the Ram Players … there are always a number of Raceland alums, including former Ram players, coaches, teachers, administrators as well as others that may not usually attend games each week that will be at the game as well as at the school this week. Enjoy the activities but you need to stay focused.

Hunter has ran for 100 + in all four games this season. He has done a great job thus far, especially w / Adkins being out and every opponent keying on Lacks.

Heavy rains hit again today at GC. Another grind it out win for Raceland and the Orange Crush Defense in shutting down the high powered GC attack. Raceland's size plus strength, depth wore GC down. Another Rival / Iron Bowl win for the Rams :ylsuper: ! Enjoy it today Rams and starting tomorrow morning get focused on next Saturday and Lucasville Valley !
