The AP Top 25 Poll | College Football The new AP Poll has been released and the Big10 takes over the top spots...OSU remains at 1, MSU moves up. Also, Ole Miss made the largest jump and imo should have. I still believe that Georgia should be a lot higher (top 5 imo) along with Clemson. Thoughts ??

I had UGA in the playoffs before Sat., along with Ohio State, UCLA and Clemson (Clemson my long shot pick)

UGA's Lambert went 24 / 25 (96%) for 330yds - 3 td N. Chubbs went for 159yds. on 24 carries. Chubbs now has 11 straight games of over 100yds., 2nd to Herschel at 12 consecutive (who also is now in 3rd with 10 straight). note ... should anyone here have to ask who that "Herschel" guy is then 1., you're far too young and 2, even if you're too young - turn in your ncaa football fan card bc you have never heard of him.

Unbelievable game. I am far more surprised that Bama lost at home than them losing to Ole Miss. I knew that the Rebels could score but them playing so well defensively surprised me. Having said that, had Alabama not waited until almost all of 3 qtrs. to start paying then this was not close and in favor of the Tide. Note to self ..... don't get so excited over a road SEC Win vs. a bad Carolina team that you pick this U.K. team to beat any other SEC team not named Vandy (and that's questionable). 1. Defense played well 2. O Line is bad 3. Towles is not your QB. On a positive note, I have now thought of a way that America can do away with any threat from ISIS ....Use Patrick Towles, he can over throw anyone.

OSU no doubt looked absolutely pathetic today, especially offensively. Most disappointing was the O line. Neither QB looked impressive at all. Buckeyes defense was the only reason for the Win today. Right now this may be a case of the old saying "of you have 2qb's, you don't have any". Of course with the way the O line played, no qb could have done a lot. No way the Buckeyes should have won today, deserved to lose. Guess what ? Buckeyes still won while playing as bad as they can ... hopefully. Anyway, tOSU is 2-0 and that's about all I can say about it other than hopefully, this one was that terrible game that OSU seems to have every season and didn't suffer the loss for it. GO BUCKS

Possibly, I was told that Valley was a lot better than Ironton this season. I believe that I heard Valley had something like 20 seniors. I know that the radio crew made that comparison (with Ironton). Valley started 9 seniors on offense and around that many on defense. Raceland Coach Salmons commented on the post game show that he would put Ashland ahead of Valley due to the Baker kid and Ashland had more depth, that the two were very close. Anyway, I don't believer that anyone could doubt that they are both obviously pretty dang good.

I'll put them right there, maybe better than Ashland, Congrats again to Valley.

RAMS ... I am proud of how you played tonight. This RAM FOOTBALL Team will be SCARY Come November. We in Raceland are not into "morale victory" but .. Tonight, the Rams we have been waiting on to put things together arrived. Also was a Great job of play calling by Coach Salmons and asst. Vanderhoof / entire staff. Also, another good defensive showing / game pLan by coach Lewis, Fannin and staff ! As always .. it's a great day to be a RAM.

What can a person say other than What a high school football game ! Raceland out played a Valley team tonight imo, last play was a completed pass by the Rams inside on Valley goal line was called receiver out of bounds. Raceland was stopped on a goal to go situation in 3rd qtr. and you have to convert those. No whining, this Raceland team left it all on the field tonight. Valley wasn't good .... they are a Great football team. Racelnd came within one foot out of bounds on the last play from Ending Valley's FIVE YEAR Home Winning Streak. Congrats to the Lucasville Valley Indians and the best of luck the rest of the way. o honesty hope that you win a OH. State Title. :thumb:
