OK....Gopher where were you years ago when every team in the 64th district was beating your Lions like a drum....... Why try to down the 64th???? Teams have down years. The 64th district or 16th region as a whole has never faired too well at state. This is high school. Teams are not always as strong from year to year, thats just the breaks. Every now and then you get a "Antonio Owens" or a "jon Vanhoose" that comes in and brightens up your schools program. IMO RH will be the team to beat...And I believe that they will beat your Lions "IF" they make it out of the districts. Elliott has a nice team ---yes. Everyone knows that. Tomcats will be solid, RH SOLID, Boyd is down this year. You are just too overboard about AAU. Do you not think four or five of your Elliott Co stars have not prospered from the AAU program?? please...... Your killin me.......

I heard from a very reliable source that there will be no "Selby" on the bball floor this year......anyone else heard this???

Not their fault that the district realignment has made districts smaller, as well as splitting them up. Why not just support your local teams and be happy with what they have. Sure some districts are down this year, but that is just how it is...... I am a die hard Boyd County fan...I wouldnt care if Boyd won another game all year....I love watching them play, and support them 110%, you should do the same for your school.

Never ashamed......I am afraid to say for fear of suspension.......

Best game I have seen all year. It was a shame that someone had to lose. I think these two teamsshould play once a month just for grins......How about that fans!!!! That wasa great atmosphere last night. Now they have thrown in the "Travelin trophy" that just spces things up a little. This game had the smell of the old rivalry these teams used to share back when....Congrats Tomcats.....keep your head up Lions......It ain't over yet.......stay focused!!!!

And I dont see that happening this year......Ashland will go 0-4 in district. Their only shot at a win was Montgomery...IMO

Boyd has several key injuries from practice and the LC game. If Boyd is going to win, they need ALL of them back this week. Selby Barker Chaney etc
