Rickyp was a snazzy dresser last night....but sloppy WAS the Game.....lol---I agree that selby and blanton should have fouled out in the third quarter. BUT------Euton and both Jacksons should have fouled out in the first half....... :p :p :p :p :p I would like to see some consistency in the refs as well. 16th region seems to be scrapping the barrel for refs.....i just dont get it. I know its easy to armchair from the stands but there were some horrible calls both ways in this game. I still do not think the outcome would have been any different. If Boyd would have had a 6 or 8 point lead in the 6 minute mark of the 4th...they would have went into there prevent offence and lost anyway.......

Seemed like there were 5,000 fouls called along with the 1,000 turnovers...SHOOTER I think that it was a school record..........

IMO this was a very sloppy game by both teams. Almost as sloppy as the guys blowing the whistles.. Several calls both ways were missed. I spoke with Spin Doc about one in particular....The behind the back, two or three or four steps, no dribble from the three point line for a layup.......come on...... :rolleyes: :rolleyes: Great game scoring wise. I look forward to seeing them play again in a couple weeks.... I think the King said Boyd by 2 54-52....not too bad but reversed!!!!LOL

Boyd beat Rowan Co about 10 days ago.....after Boyd had lost four in a row......Bottom line, Boyd should be in front of Rowan, just not in the four or five hole. Boyd should be five or six.

Daniel was hot when Boyd beat them......I dont think a team should be placed in a position just because you think they are struggling. Struggling or not they have beat Rowan twice and have some really good wins. All I am saying is Rowan does not deserve to be where they are in the poll. Rowan is a team that can beat every team in the region???? Disagree there too. When they get wins against Russell and Ashland, then I will agree to move them in front of the Lions. Struggling or not.....a win is a win...if its by one point or twenty.

Disagree on Rowan....Boyd has beat them twice this season. Not sure where they belong, but not in front of Boyd

Boyd kept going into their "Prevent Offense" which almost cost them the game......

you are correct...and the BCSD will be out in full force at the games. I have seen around 9 or 10 of them at the last few home games. Much needed improvement I think. :D

Nice post bobbyearl. I think both student sections should be accross from each other as it has been for many many years. When Ashland plays at Boyd however, they always sit on the opposite end. Ashlands student section was great accept for the GSA chant, and the couple of guys who tried to start a fight.(Saw that with my own two eyes)There is no point in that. Enjoy the rivalry students.....you will have that same feeling when your older and have special memories of that. Dont cloud it with trash. Your m:thumb: emories of your high school days should be great memories.

Nobody wants to watch teams pass the ball around for two or three minutes then shoot.....
