  1. Meeks won't transfer and why would Crawford forgo his senior year to play overseas when his goal is the NBA.
  2. Unguardable??? Wow, he must be one and done then... Don't need him...
  3. http://www.teamline.cc/free_listen?teamcode=7761&eventcode=59&status=PFU And you will definitely listen to two guys who don't want SK to win. LOL
  4. Koors has been getting plenty of minutes through out the year and is very fun to watch. Constantly near the ball. He probably didn't want to play him because of the ankle he hurt in districts...
  5. The decision to put a jail in the middle of the largets growing community without any input, near the largest school in NKY was done underhanded and behind the backs of the citicizens of Independence. The closest house will be within 600 feet of this jail and unfortunately for those in the "Fisher Homes community", their house price will drop 30K off the top because of this. How do I know, I have many friends that live there and have listed their properties only to find out they are not even going to get close to what they paid for it. This was voted for and done after the elections because they knew the backlash that was going to come from it and was purely a political move. This way its easy for those coming in to office to say its not my fault and those going out to say, I did what was best. Lets face facts, the largest crime area in kenton county is covington which is where most of the criminals will come from. For those that don't know its at least a 20-25 minute drive to the new jail site. What happens when we let johnny shop lifter out at midnight because he has served his time with no ride back to covington? Whats going to happen? I am glad Eric Deters is show boating and causing a fuss. Its good that he is standing up for his neighborhood and his town and I hope he is a success in this! Independence is a great place to live and you still have that small town feeling when you drive through it... I would like to keep it that way....
  6. Buzzer beater against Scott and over time against Holmes would count for me as hard fought games...
  7. People probably thought the same thing when Marvin Lewis came to the Cinci-freaking-nati Bungles. Why did he make that choice? Sometimes, it just works... Wouldn't shock me to see him leave for the NFL, its more cut throat and his style... G
  8. Reds sent some cash, from what I heard, about 2 mill... http://cincinnati.reds.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/news/article.jsp?ymd=20061120&content_id=1744137&vkey=news_cin&fext=.jsp&c_id=cin G
  9. My funnies memory of him was when I was at Martinsville and had him on the scanner. Not sure if any of you are south park fans, but he was about to be put a lap down by Gordon and at Martinsville all they do is bang. So as they are going around the track Dale keeps pounding the right side of Gordons car and then he comes on the radio and says "He will respect my authoriti!" I about died laughing...
  10. I don't post much, but I do have to ask, have you ever been in or seen a fight at Holmes???? Having graduated from there when it was not nearly as rough as it is now, I would want no part of it. Moved out of the district on purpose to prevent my kids from going there.
  11. OK, I disagree, when BC's avg starting position is around the 40-45 because SK squiv kicked it the whole night, that's an issue. BC's kicker booted the ball deep the whole night. When you only have a 55 yard field to go compared to the 80 of SK, it makes a big difference. I thought the 2nd BC touchdown was directly related to the kickoff.
  12. When you walk into the actual gym, there is an area on the left that has all the point scorers etc for bball. The only one I remember is Krohman with over 2K..
  13. SK lost by 7. Good game but Highlands pulled away in the 4th. I believe the final was 45 - 37.
  14. Simon Kenton beat HC and Highlands and lost to CCH in OT. Wouldn't count them out.
