I agree with a previous poster that if Cal comes to Ky, he brings his boys with him. Because pairing them up with Patterson and Meeks could be scary. The man wants to win and win now.IMO

I'm not, he has been at Memphis how long with no problems that we know of. 9 years.... He took a Mid-Major IMO and brought them to a no less 3 to 4 seed every year. I think the man can and will get the job done if he takes Kentucky.

Yeah me too. I heard here recently that Ron called a coworker of mine(probably one of the best basketball referee's to walk the court) last year about the Cooper job and asked him what he thought about that position. So maybe coming to Highlands isn't out of the question.

I think so as well. A little sandbagging if you ask me. I think Billy D has been told to let the fire burn down a little bit. He did it once before with wanting to leave for the pros, then why wouldn't he do it again. Kentucky wouldn't have fired Billy G without a heavy hitter waiting in the wings. Also, Kentucky knows what is at stake with losing current players and incoming recruits without having a BigTime coach to take over. People are going to be surprised of the outcome....

Man I was just getting ready to post his name.... He would be a nice addition to our community. My brother-in-law played under him at Campbell County and couldn't say enough good things about Coach Sullivan.:thumb:

I really think Josh Feldman is a nice guy but if Willie couldn't get the select few to come out, I highly doubt Josh will be able to. Why was Kenny Sheilds so successful on getting the Football players to come out. Because coach knew pretty much what went on in each and every students life. Kids wanted to play for Coach. Coach knew everything there was about being a teenage kid. Coach had a reasonable answer for just about any question. And I mean any question. I had him for health so I know. Some of coach's famous lines that I can remember.... Shortleg(It meant you weren't giving a 100%) Carrying the Lunchpail(It meant you had a chip on your shoulder) Philly(We all know what that meant) 1000 word assignment on why you can't dress for gym class(Not Gooooood!!!!) I really think the School Board needs to take a very long look on who they want to come in and teach and coach these fine young men of Ft Thomas.

What time is Highlands final day of practice scheduled for on Friday. Is it normal time or did they push it back a little later. I was going to try to make both Baseball and Football events on Friday.

I'm assuming you mean it is still too wet to play on. I wouldn't play on it either. They have Boone at home on Sat and don't need the extra traffic on the field after some pretty good soaking rain. IMO
