Anyone know where the 64th District will be played at? I have heard that this is Fairview's year to host, but have also heard that their Gym does not meet KHSAA standards. I have also heard that Ashland has substained major damage to their floor and will not be playing any games on it the rest of the year. Someone left the pool water running and it ventured onto the Gym Floor. With that in mind, just wondered if Fairview will pick Boyd County as their spot, or will they move it to another District School site? Sounds fishy to me, sounds like King of the Jungle was in the Pool taking a swim at Blazer and might have let the water go a bit longer than he should.

No matter whether people like it or not, Rose Hill has to be above Elliott now. They have played once and RH won if nobody noticed. Until beaten they are on top by Elliott. BTW, why no love for Boyd?? After all your past polls you might as well put Boyd at the bottom...Show some love. They have beaten 2 of the teams above them.:thumb:

I am not 100 percent sure myself, but do know Boyd has a way of producing good pitchers each year. I believe Helms is a solid Pitcher. Barker could pitch quite well back in the day as well.

That is when you test just how good the coaches are. There is still some great talent at Boyd from my understanding.:thumb:

Greenup is on top this year, but I think Boyd will be on top the couple of years after that. Boyd has a good Freshman class.:thumb:

I agree with Martin and Barker as Region's top players, but I think GC and Raceland or East Carter will be the Championship game, with Logan getting Coach of the Year.

If this is the case, are you saying Boyd was just outcoached then? Boyd has a couple of good players and some young talent, but I personally dont think they can beat Logan. The players are close to the same talent, but Logan will win this battle.

BTW, Coach Fraley shouldnt be making any comments to Coach Hicks during the game about the Refs, one way or the other. Nothing good that could come from that. Assuming the past posts were true about what Coach Fraley said during game.

Ricky, I know you guys get tired of explaining everything to everyone at the surrounding schools, including myself. You guys need to just say this is the way it is....Like it or not. Lot of posters will say things to get you guys stirred up, while they know the truth already. It is no surprise that RH has brought players in, but who hasnt. Also no surprise that RH holds kids back, but I could also tell you a lot of surrounding counties that do as well. Anyone in the surrounding areas know where the kids came from and when they made the move and if they were held back. But honestly there is probably not a single school in the 16th Region that can say that every starter went to Elem School in their system. It is what it is, and good luck to the Royals as you represent the 16th Region:thumb:

Russ had the best dunk that I have ever seen in the Sweet 16 in my 20 yrs attending it. He drove the baseline and threw one down on a 6-7 guy.:thumb:
