Didn't Pulaski turn around and beat SW? Owensboro did not get to beat OC. OC is 2-A and Owensboro is 5-A. OC was projected in the MNI and Homers Radio to come in 3rd/4th place in the City. I get your logic now and how you poll. You basically take what is on Maxpreps and rate them. That's fine, I just wish you guys would say "Calpreps or Maxpreps" Top 25 and not yours.

You brought up the AFC west division pretty much and I have no logic and distracting? I brought up a head to head matchup that has more logic then your NFL afc west analogy. Bottom line this is the same top 25 or close to, that maxpreps or calpreps has, correct?

Mayfield loss to CAL was no indication of how the game was played. It was tied until the pick 6 with about 6 minutes to go. Then it got out of hand with some more CAL scores. The only thing on this list I think is missing was O Cath. They lose to Mater Dei and Mayfield, but beat a very good Owensboro team.

Again, if I'm a 6-A or 5-A team and I have CAL, Danville, LCA, Mayfield, NCC, DeSales, Holy Cross, OB Catholic, I would be very cautious! All are extremely young.

Danville will be loaded next year. CAL will be loaded next year. OB Catholic will have a ton of sophmores back too next year and Juniors. They will be loaded Mayfield is Mayfield they reload regardless if they were top heavy seniors or young every year. When I hear people say 2-A is not good. Go ahead an schedule one of these or any top 10 2-A team.

I agree. The INT return for a TD was definitely the changing point and you are exactly right on field position. Mayfield was not out til about 3 minutes to go.the score was not any indication of how the game was pkayed

1-A or 2-A they've won titles in both. If people think Mayfield will be down then they are crazy.

If it best programs last 5 years then 2011-Holy Cross 2012- NCC 2013- DeSales 2014-DeSales 2015-Mayfield 2016- winner

I saw both coaches on field. Mayfield coach was on the field a bunch. It wasn't head coach for Mayfield that helped official call the out of bounds catch, but it was one of the asst.

OB Catholic players, coaches and fans are not nervous about Mayfield. They respect Mayfield what they have done but not worried about mayfield.
