Jbs should have the best record(for what it really matters) they have not played anybody but Hazard(2), Buckhorn and a decent Letcher team twice. Hazard has played Pcc(3 times) Breathitt(2) Jbs(2) Leslie and a solid Lee team. Hazard gave you credit when you whipped us in the Wymt, give the dawgs some credit for the other night instead of just saying Jbs had a bad game.:ylsuper:

They might have the most talent but after seeing them for about the 6th or 7th time this season they are not the best "TEAM". It is a "TEAM" game.

I was at the game when the police went to the Jbs cheerleader side and :laugh: that was not even where the Hazard kids were at, the Hazard kids were at the other end of the court. On the thing about our fans embarresing the 14th region, I believe between the girls and the boys programs we have been to Richmond and Lexington plenty of times (15 to 20 times) in the last 15 years we know how to act. Happy M. knows when the kids are going to far.

Hazard played great defense both Stepps struggled all night. to quote a previous post by UK96 from JBS/B-horn game "I think the Hazard pep section has JBS fired up for tonight and like the old saying goes "Its not good to wake a sleeping giant".. One thing Uk96 forgot is that Hazard has all the tradition, the DAWGS are the sleeping giant.

Good point bball king!!! the score was dawgs 5 pcc2 when Campbell had his tech, Kelly made 4 ft and Stacy hit three to make it a 7 point trip and Campbell goes to bench with 3 fouls. Hazard struggeld from then on. Hicks had 31 but he shot alot of shots, dawgs missed about 85 layups. The 8th grade point gaurd (Eric Back) had a good floor game. Hazard had no answer for Kelly (25pts).

Back and forth game between two solid teams. Lots of turnovers and physical game. Valley did a good job on Hicks (16pts) made him work for everything. Jones had a big game on the boards (16 reb) and 3 blocks. Valley has a very good team will be interesting to watch them next couple of years.

Game was alot closer than score indicates, Knott led by 10 or so in the 1st qrt and I believe 2 at the half. Hazard pulled away in last 5 min. Hicks had 35 (8 three's).

Hicks 31 pts, 7 three's M. Campbell 20 pts. Hazard trails most of game Hicks hits two big threes late in game to give Hazard the lead. Campbell played big all game. Hicks went 5 for 5 on threes in 1st Qrt.

Henry Clay beat Tates Creek and Bryan station beat Dunbar by 6

Hazard rebounds from pounding to Dunbar with good, but ugly win. Both teams shot under 30%, Hicks(13 pts 6 reb) M. Campbell (12 pts 6 reb) Williams (4 pts 11 reb) P. Campbell (7 pts)

Hicks had 15 (just 2 in second half), plays Dunbar today at 2:15 and win or lose will play either Lafayete or Bryan Station tommorow.
