It's 7 to 7 with 2:49 to go in the 3rd... Tenn. recovered a fumble on the KY. 10yd line and punched in a score from there...

The young man is enrolled at SW and is a nice looking kid.. But he is not 6'6" and he is not a national prospect yet but may be in the future.. Works hard in the field house and if I'm not mistaken will just be a Soph. in the fall.(I'll find out for sure.)

Mike Jones from Southwestern is getting some looks from UL, Vandy, and several smaller schools...

The North squad played well on both sides of the ball and won easily 28 to 0. Several real nice players on both teams...

If you need some early season action, this is always a fun game to watch with a lot of talent on the field.. Southwestern grads on the roster: Calvin Ratliff, Logan Veers, the Crockett twins, Josh Smith, Patrick Wright, and kicker Ryan Pruitt...Hope to see ya at the field...

Good tourney at EKU this afternoon... Southwestern went 3 and 1 defeating Madison Southern, Lafayette, and Scott Co. Lost to Prestonburg in the final..

The E.K.U. passing tourney is today at 4:30.. I'll post some results tonight..

Jumpermom, you stated the PC boy got in trouble and didn't play the rest of the year.. Yet the SHS boys got in trouble and they are still playing.. Whats so special about the SHS players???

Again, my thoughts exactly... You must be new to the area and I don't blame you for defending your kids but this sort of thing has happened many times at SHS.. A recent football star still brags about only attending class 9 days of the season yet played every game....

Sr. LB/DB Sidney Allin might be transfering to Boyle Co. to live with his mother.. I haven't heard any recent news... Real nice player and a good pick-up for the Rebs if he has to move.....

Somerset always plays by their own rules.. They keep their best players on the field or court reguardless of their grades, attendence records, or off-field "activites".....
