The Grove is going to turn a few heads this year. I hear alot of good things about the trains. Does anyone know if Tony Bacigalupo is the youngest varsity coach in the state? He is 24 and in his his second season. He knows how to win. If you remember he was a starter for NewCath in 99-00 when the Breds won All A State and the 9th reigon. NewCath only lost like 3 or 4 games that year. He has been there before and knows what it is going to take to get the Big Trains rolling. I know he doesn't have the best talent in the world to work with but I think they will make some noise. GO TRAINS!!:thumb:

I think there is more to it than that. Why build a football field? Why have a "home football field but have it still not be at home. There is no room at NewCath for a field to be built. Why waste money to build a hame field that would end up further away than Newport stadium? Here is how I see it. Give it 10 years or so and the land value on the hill will be so high nobody can pass it up. NewCaths land gets sold for more money than we cam imagine, combine with Brossart, build a new school, with the best football field around, somewhere and it wil be called Campbell County Catholic. Think about it. I don't want it to happen but I can see it. Do you know who much the hill would get sold for $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. If NewCath was that upset about not having a field now they would get one. Whenever there is something the Breds need they always find a way to make it happen just like the new baseball field. Oh and the Campbell County Catholic field will be named Bob Schneider field. Go Bob Go Breds. See you all on Friday. Make sure to find me this week agent.

You are right. The field is full of grass but with the type of grass it is, come first real cold it all dies. The grass is still there it's just brown this time of year. It is in very good shape the crew at Holmes HS do a great job. As far as the game I am going to take the Breds by 14. I hear a lot of good things about LCA but I think my boys can pull it out.

WOW Ace I just thought since I speak my mind and take all kinds of negative words from their fans that maybe they would be nice to NewCath and me now since the Breds proved they are far better than the tigers. OK so let's review the things I said this week when all of the Bellevue fans laughed at me and called me names. I love doing this!! NewCath will win by 3 or 4 TDs-Well should I say anything? I maybe gave Bellevue to much respect on this one Bellevue will get a personal foul called-If you were at the game you know this happened!! Adams will have ONE big play-The kickoff return for the only Bellevue score by Mr. Adams, I think we all would call that a big play. Very nice run by the young man. The Breds passing will be to much to stop-I don't have the numbers yet but they sure were not stopped. The Breds are just to much fot the tigers-Final score shows another good call by me!! The only thing I think I was wrong on was I thought the Tigers would make it a close game for a half. That didn't happen. I would love to get a few PMs from all of you who laughed at me and called me stupid to tell me your sorry but I am sure that is not going to happen. I hope nobody really got to mad by any of my post. I would like to say the Tigers had a good year. It is nice to see their numbers up and more interest in the team than the past. Your just not there yet. Keep working hard and maybe in a few years the black and gold can be compared to the boys from Beechwood and NewCath.
