I agree with you to a point but I also think that Mercer has benefited greatly from absorbing the Harrodsburg athletes.

What does seeing them in person have to do with anything. I just see how Mercer has been dismantling a lot of good teams. This is not a knock on any of your teams you mentioned, but I think is very obvious that they aren't playing on Mercer's level at this time.

Whether it should or shouldn't be is not the point. The point is that they are miles ahead of any 2A team in the state and if that's because they have a 3A enrollment then so be it. But that is where they are at this point in time.

No. And I believe that Russell has the best shot of anyone in the state at beating the Titans but Mercer's offensive and defensive balance is way ahead of anyone in 2A right now. I'm a neutral observer, by the way.

I'm not overlooking anybody. I just don't think anyone of those teams comes within 2 TD's of this team.

Panthers offense really came to life tonight. 35-0 at the half and coasted from there. Defense played an awesome game. Henry County had negative yardage until 2nd team gave up a long TD pass. Carroll Co goes to 2-3.

I hear Henry has a pretty decent freshman team, probably not in Trinty's class but I wouldn't get too excited.

Carroll County finally got out of the hole last week and may have picked up a little confidence. There's been nothing wrong with their defense all season as they have only given up 34 points in 4 games. They problem is they have only scored 43 points but they did score 23 in their last game. Henry County hasn't played very well this season either other than their win over Trimble County. The game is CC's homecoming so I'm going out on a limb and saying: CC 20 HC 14

No. Probably ran 25 plays right up the gut and may have gotten 25 yards out of it. Their offense is terrible. This may be their only win.
