What is wrong with Israel exactly, and if he plays how healthy will he be??? 80%, 70%... Edit: I thought these two teams had only played once - long ago in the Pike County Bowl when Pikeville won...I think it was one of the very first years of LC's football program...

Pikeville did beat Hazard 42-6 last year also...they either looked great or terrible last year...hopefully they are past that and stay focused all the time...they have seemed to be very intense in all 3 of their games...

Funny you should mention that. The Honaker twins are sons of Tim Honaker, who was on state championship teams at Pikeville, was all-state and had a lot of D-1 offers as well...Look the Honaker twins up on rivals.com and see for yourself.:thumb: I know you are just giving me a hard time...but shouldn't you be more humble after the beatdown you just took from X??? j/k man, lol...

Pikeville has arguably the best running back in the mountains in Daniel Harmon, and two other great backs in the Honaker twins who are getting tons of D-1 looks, and a couple of other good backs in Chaz Jackson and Justin Mullins. Pikeville has one of the best running games you will see anywhere. And if LC has problems stopping the run, they will have problems stopping Pikeville's running game... Pikeville will move the ball on LC, and score...but if they are able to slow down LC's offense will determine whether it will be a good game or not.

Bring us the second string and leave everybody else at home... Seriously, I love the scheduling and the thanks go to you guys...this will help our team a great deal, give them a bunch of things to work on, lol... If you haven't been to Pikeville in 20 years, you are in for a treat...:thumb:

I agree. When I looked at Pikeville's schedule for the first time I thought I was seeing things...:lol: Pretty cool though... I'm hoping for a good clean game, with no injuries, that will help both teams improve... Good luck Panthers.

Beechwood is not as good as advertised previously on here. They are still the favorites, but by no means the lock most people said they were. Having said that, I expect them to improve each week...

That Class A district will be the most fun district to follow east of Lexington, in all classes.

Paintsville who bowed out early last year, like they always do, or Pikeville who took Valley to the last minute of the regional championship and has a great team coming back??? Again, what makes you think Paintsville can contend??? I would put Belfry and Magoffin County ahead of Paintsville...two teams that beat them last year when it mattered...

You know better. Pikeville #3 in 1A is a tossup vs. Belfry #1 in 3A... 1A teams are beating 5A teams, and they can beat 3A teams too...

Why would you be a believer in Paintsville then with their patented early exits...

Went down to the final minute in the regional championship last year, and Pikeville is very much improved...
