  1. FCC did remove a few of the lower banners, they are expecting another large walk up crowd again.
  2. Supposably around noon today they only had about 50 student tickets left. Also I am hearing that they are having to remove some of the tarps and they need more seats for tomorrow.
  3. A few of the Bengals are honorary captains for this game.
  4. Thanks, had a lot of Heath issues too, had a 2+ hour stomach and esophagus surgery last week, the biggest worry was Barrett's disease if I didn't take care of it. Yeah that was an awful hit, I would think that his career ended that night. Doesn't FIFA or someone have the right to suspend or blacklist people in soccer?
  5. I am looking forward to the FCC game at Louisville City and meet up with some BGP members like Getslow. On a side note, Randy said he has a package to give to you. I'm not sure what it is but it may be a clock, as I hear it ticking. But yeah, looking forward to the next two games this year with Louisville
  6. Well, after an absence from BGP for about 4 months I am back. I gave up posting on the site for Lent, but after Lent I saw no need to come back to post, as I am sure many others know the same feeling. But some members I still kept in contact with and after considering all options, with some talk about the USL I decided to start posting about FCC and the USL, and only a few other topics. FCC has now sold over 15,000 for the 4PM match at Nippert this Saturday. A source told me that they are closer to 20k than 15k. With the forecast saying no rain but cool by min afternoon on Saturday their goal of 25,000 is within reach. Two weeks ago was only the second soccer game that I had ever attended, the only other time was a HS game of a cousin of mine almost 30 years ago! BUT, they have sold me on this team, I love the fan participation, the excitement (which is missing from attending a Reds game), and the fun family atmosphere.
  7. Nice of the congressional committee to not call the Governor of Michigan to testify. Many were urging it, but as of now, he won't be testifying.
  8. Good job Feds on this take down, the guy killed got what he deserved. Also good to see that no Feds got injured.
  9. There will be people who are against the Feds saying that the Feds did everything wrong, and that the so called militia were all innocent and didn't deserve to be shot at.
  10. Veterans group, "we don't want his money" If offered, @IAVA will decline donations from Trump's event. We need strong policies from candidates, not to be used for political stunts. Veterans Group To Trump: We Don't Want Your Money | ThinkProgress
  11. Wrong. Trump wants to make all Muslins wear ID's, Hitler? same thing. Hitler used Jews as the reason for Germany's troubles, Trump is using non-documented people as well as Muslims as the reason for the so called troubles of the U.S.. Both are using hate rhetoric, he knows that he can get some white people to believe him that these people he is attacking are the cause for all of our problems. Again, I will have to go with the 86 year old Jewish lady who survived WWII and the Nazi hate machine.
  12. And you are an expert on?????? Sorry, what does an 86 year old Jewish lady who lived in Amsterdam in the early 1940's know about Hitler.
  13. Anne Frank's stepsister, not a fan: "Donald Trump is acting like Hitler" "If Donald Trump become(s) the next president of the U.S. it would be a complete disaster," she told Newsweek on Wednesday. "I think he is acting like another Hitler by inciting racism." Anne Frank's stepsister compares Donald Trump to Adolf Hitler - CNNPolitics.com
  14. Some "brilliant" lady brought her kids there the other day, from what I know they are still there, I think I heard as young as 6 years old. One of the daughters who is 18 was in the vehicle last night that was stopped.
  15. An unknown number of protesters remained at the refuge Wednesday, but members of the media began leaving after the FBI reportedly told some journalists the Bureau couldn't offer "protection." KTVZ reporter Lauren Martinez tweeted a video of her leaving the compound area with the ominous note "@FBI warns media no protection." Oregon Public Broadcasting reporter John Sepulvado tweeted ".@OPB was told by FBI that we were on our own -- essentially stuff is going down and we need to move." Feds signal time may be running out after Oregon standoff arrests | Fox News
  16. The Feds told the media this morning at the reserve that the cannot guarantee their safety, so all of the media left.
  17. So, from what you posted, if the Feds pointed a gun at him, then he would point his back? If so, blow him away! Same thing as in Arizona, when they pointed their guns at the Feds, if you, anyone, point a gun at an officer or Fed, you should be expecting to be shot.
  18. I was just told that about three weeks ago the KHSAA decided that there was nothing to be seen. I was also told that it centered around one player. Of course unless someone made 1,000 more phone calls to the KHSAA in the past few weeks and got it going again, lol.
  19. Did not know this, I see at least one candidate attacking Trump for not being there as he has no real ideas on national security and knows that he would fall flat in the debate.
