He is indeed very competitive, but I think you took his aggressiveness in the wrong light, "so to speak"....I would take this kid to raise as my own. Very polite, "yes, sir" and "no, sir" type of kid. NO PROBLEM whatsoever. His emotions do sometimes get the best of him ON THE FIELD, but he is working on it. Please do not blame this KID. The loss is NOT his fault.:thumb:

I am just thankful of the atmosphere, no major injuries, and a hard fought game. I am proud of our Panthers. They never gave up.

Sheldon Clark just got beat by Prestonsburg, Pikeville BEAT the burg. I am not saying that Pikeville is better than Sheldon Clark, but I feel that getting beat by pburg should have knocked them out of the top 10.

This type of post is actually very amusing. I am NOT talking about how Pikeville played Henry Clay, but if Henry Clay and Belfry were to play NOW, it'd be the same or worse than what you saw last year.

This has actually gotten very funny. I think billyray knows what he's talking about. He wasn't on here bragging about Pikeville's wins and how superior they are...He simply pointed out to you that you didn't have much quality wins. I hate to burst your bubble, but we won't get crazy at all. If we have learned anything this year, it's that football is fun, and if you work hard at something, it builds character, not to mention a few other things. Football IS NOT life. If we lose, we'll go back to the drawing board and get better for next week. This Pikeville team has gone through alot this year, and life will go on.....Sorry, but try as you might, you'll not get us riled.

Rowe, Bryant, Shurtleff, Gibson, Tibbs, Walker, Elliott, to name a few. Their size/strength as a whole has nearly doubled since last year. They are ALL juniors and seniors with much experience, and they will determine the outcome of this game at the LOS! I'll bet you people will change your tunes about these boys being "pushed around because they are so small". It simply ain't gonna happen.

Nope. Totally different team, playing totally different positions. For example, Honakers are now linebackers. They weren't last year. This year's team and last year's teams are just different. Also, our bench is somewhat stronger/deeper. We will know the answers come Friday night.:thumb:
