I have been silent this year hoping for a big change. I cant take it anymore. We have to get some strong leadership at the top to guide us. Our AD screwed up hire after hire to set the program back 10 years. Either we need a change at AD and gut the program or we need to drop football period. This loss is the one that has broke our program down.

I think Southwestern will be number one if they can keep all the parents happy behind the scenes. This was the talk of the town but maybe a new coach will solve that. I think Wayne may be the darkhorse pick. Mercer lost to much. They have Claunch but really nobody else except the 8th grader coming. Boyle is also in the mix with Conley from Garrad coming over.

Most of you never watch high level AAU teams or coaches. There are alot of bad AAU coaches, but not many bad coaches coaching the Elite teams.

Thats what I am hearing, plus we have alot going on with the school system right now, so thats not top priority it appears. Robert Jones by delaying this hire is setting our program back another year or two as parents and kids have started asking why they dont already have a coach. And cellking you are right, the Banker is scared to even talk now. Hearing more changes are in order after this year for the basketball program. If they dont win this year, word is fired.

Yes and way too long. Its all politics here. County is very divided on all this stuff. Bottom line is we are bad across the board and the AD needs to go.

There is a rumor that Wade Davis is one of the front runners. Also two former assistants are interested, but hearing that the AD has pretty much squashed that.

Maybe Banker of the South can give us a insight as to who they are gonna hire now.

850 enrollment. As far as I know everything has a feeder. We are bigger than Wayne County, Somerset and look at their programs or alot of others. Bottom line is alot of players will not play basketball anymore and Rob has sabotaged the football program for years. Just ask all former coaches, they are all vocal about it.

Someone asked or maybe more than one about how our programs were this year across the board. Here is the results: Football Record- 1-9 Boys Basketball Record- 10-18 Boys Baseball Record- As of today 1-8. Last year record- 11-22 Girls Soccer- 0-16 Girls Basketball- 16-16 Girls Fast Pitch Softball- 2-4 so far this year. Last year 17-21 Girls Volleyball- 22-6 As anyone can see, what school in their right mind would not fire the AD if they had results across the board like this. People are really tired of this. What are everyone's thoughts? Am I expecting too much? Banker of the South come out and lets play......

Im sure he didnt do good research before the hire and found out the state of this mess after accepting the job. All he has to do is talk to anyone in the county minus about 10 people and you will get the same answer.

There is growing pressure for the AD to step down after this. This is certainly a tell tale of the shape of our athletic program state here overall. Myself and cellking have seen it first hand for years and with the number of players either quitting, transferring, or just not coming back its a red flag and alot are starting to see it. If the AD would release why the coach backed out of the job he would be in more hot water. Hopefully the coach will speak about exactly prompted him to back out after taking the job. That way the AD cannot dispute the truth.

The AD at McCreary is a nightmare to deal with. The community wants him gone and he is hanging on. Unless something happens soon there are not gonna be any players left. Tyson Williams left for Somerset and others are leaving and will not be back till he is fired. ( He is the boys basketball coach also). This is such a political place its even forced some of the good posters from McCreary off this board as they were threatened to be fired if they talked about this situation.
