Collins guard/forward Aaliyah Wells has committed to Morehead State this afternoon. Aaliyah avg 20.1 ppg and 10rpg this season. 4 year member all-region and owns almost every record at Collins with over 1500pts (3years) and 1000rbs (3years) because of Shelby County splitting after frosh year. Aaliyah is not only a great basketball player but an even better person! Congrats to her and her family!

Best might be a stretch. She is gifted but this region is turning out some female athletes. This is Morehead's second signee this season out of the region since the Hearn girl from Grant is also headed there.

I agree. There was nobody in the region more athletic than her. Aaliyah is also a very good volleyball player.
