Why does Beechwood and Highlands not play regular season at the Varsity level anymore? When is the last time they played each other at that level? I know that they play each other at the Freshman level. You would think that they would play each other- two top tier quality opponents for sure, in their respective classes. Add in the fact that they are both storied programs with many championships to boot. Call the game the "Battle of the Forts." I know CCH gets a crack at both of them every year, and rightfully so. I look forward to both matchups this year in Park Hills.

Orlando is not a bad squad either- and how about the Wizards with AD? LOADED.

I forgot about Tyrese Haliburton and the Pacers. I also left off the Pistons, and what about Kawhi being traded back to the Raptors? The East is absolutely loaded. The West has of course the Spurs and Thunder- throw Minnesota in there with LaMelo Ball and Ant Man. Much more wide open IMO.

It's too bad an NBA team could not give him another chance. He would be a nice role player coming off the bench.

This makes things more interesting in the EC. Look, call me a "hater" but I lost respect for LeBron after "The Decision" years ago when he left Cleveland the first time. He dramatized switching teams. You make it a business decision and keep it moving professionally. He will never be greater than Michael Jordan or even the late great Kobe Bryant in my opinion. I am shocked he did not go back to the Cavs or the Heat- both have quality rosters also able to compete for a Championship. Throw the defending champ Kicks in there too. Boston, NYK, Heat, Cavs, and the 76ers are all quality teams going into next season. I am shocked he did not stay in the West. He thinks the East is easier to at least make it back to the promised land for a chance at another Finals.

He has an attitude problem. His social media post after the Heisman showed his true character. He will be a future car salesman.

I was fueling up at the Ft. Mitchell Kroger and I saw some press box rennovations being done at Edgar McNabb Stadium? Any updates? With that huge video scoreboard, the Tigers have some super nice facilities that compare and IMO,rival the likes of a small college program. Very impressive Beechwood faithful!

I have said it before- 4A runs through Boyle County until someone knocks them off their throne. Excited for the 2026 season!

Dixie fans- I have a few questions. 1. What does the team have in store this year and beyond? Can they make some deep runs in the playoffs in say, a few years, or even this year? I remember several years ago they had a heck of a QB, Drew Moore, who took them all the way to the promised land, even though they finished as runner up. 2. How does the middle school and freshman pipeline look? 3. Ultimately, how long is the rope for Coach Burke? This is a tough job IMO, with the class they are in. As a fellow CCH alum, I wish nothing but the best for Coach Burke.
