To answer your question, you’re out of line. But love the chaos you have caused with this. Also, if not for Trinity there is a good chance NKY has multiple state titles at the 6A level in recent memory. EKY does have 3A powers but NKY doesn’t have any teams in that class. Pretty sure EKY does well in 4A too but NKY doesn’t have many teams in that either. If you would like to say EKY is underrated without disparaging NKY I can get on board with that. Or you can keep causing chaos, which well done.

Guy, I really don’t care who you root for at anytime so miss me with that. You brought up 2009 as if the circumstances are the same. Beechwood fans may have had delusion and entitlement after back to back championship seasons, when in reality they lost just about everyone from those teams. This year the delusion is warranted given that the major factors coming back and coming in. I know it’s hard to believe but Hergott was not the only player on the team the last couple of years. Don’t bring up the past if you don’t want the context.

Very interested in the Highlands vs Raceland and Cov Cath vs Pikeville games. Two big NKY powers against the small schools of EKY. I think the blue teams might be surprised at what they signed up for (Cov Cath a little less surprised).

I just don’t see anyone being able to contend with Pikeville in 1A. Out of this list I would guess Raceland as the most likely to make a run at them. New Cath just doesn’t move the needle for me these days.

And once again…that 2009 team was one of the worst teams Beechwood has fielded in recent history…no 4 star players…very little experience…nothing like what this years team will bring.

The only one of those games that was competitive was New Cath, the rest were not competitive. Beechwood also squeaked by Holy Cross that year. And that’s just asinine to say when Beechwood had 9 seniors that year, in which only about 4 had significant playtime the year prior. Anyone who watched a second of film saw a huge disparity between the teams.

Boone is a fine scrimmage but Ryle has no business having HC on their schedule in any capacity. Both Varsity and JV would benefit more from an intra-squad scrimmage.

Yes!!! I love it. Please tell me you have a video of the corner lining up face mask to face mask against a receiver that is lined up off the ball and the corner throws him down at the snap??? I love those videos.

My favorite part is the linebackers dropping 7 yards at the snap like they do when the pads are on.
