I make something very similar. Use it for a variety of things but my favorite is enchilada fillings.

When I make white chili in the slow cooker I put the breasts in whole before work. When I get home I shred them as its easier once they've cooked. Get ready, go for a run and after I get back the shredded chicken has been in long enough for all the awesome juices to have set in.

I amend this. "Be Mine" is an AWESOME song.

Damn. I don't have the vinyl yet so hopefully it comes with the mp3 download of it. On first listen I'm digging the new songs. "Be Mine" particularly stands out. Honestly though, I could listen to her sing the constitution and love it.
