  1. Yes Danville has a ton of speed and plenty of it to go around.
  2. Is the game being floated out there during week of the Bowl game? Which either forces Pulaski to play at Somerset 2 years or Somerset is bluffing Pulaski because it’s a Bowl.
  3. Danville lost some great skill and Somerset has a good team back.
  4. ^^^^^ Thanks for the info. Somerset is loaded in 2018. If they are to beat Danville this is the year.
  5. After reading some of the twitter comments from the HC from Pulaski calling Somerset out and Somerset responding that they have cleared their sched for the game. It’s a Twitter war through the newspaper site.
  6. Apparently Somerset has called out Pulaski and agreed to play them in 2019-2020 I think it’s a Twitter was between he two.
  7. Was this team the one with Gino, and MLB that went to Purdue. If so I stand by my claim.
  8. Is that one of the years that Corbin claims as a mythical state title that I hear people talk about?
  9. When you are expected to be at all travel games, team camps, open gyms, or else you won’t get to play, then the teen will pick the gym instead of football. It’s easy to keep a football kid off the field and in the gym, especially at a basketball school.
  10. Ask SWPC football coaches for an endorsement, bet they wont endorce him.
  11. Steve Wright = bye bye football players. Ask SW Pulaski
  12. Well I have heard that Mason is very good in the next 2 years. True or not their tradition will carry them some.
  13. I’ve heard Steve Wright has interviewed or applied. If he is selected then Mason Co basketball will do great and those kids who play basketball and football will have to choose which sport to play. He does not let or want basketball kids playing football.
  14. June 18 to July 16 would be a good time to be off. Let kids be kids and if they don’t know how then they need time to figure it out during this time. Kids are not being punished with time off. They can do push-ups and sit ups like a guy named Herschel Walker, worked out good for him.
  15. You cant take the whole monthy of June off for the following reason. Some schools are still in session and wouldnt that be a violation if some schools had in school weights, track, baseball, softball, tennis?
  16. Dead period also deals with middle school kids who play summer baseball and do like to be at home since they just got out of school. Give society a break, it’s already so fast paced it’s not funny. Plus it’s not like the state is churning out pro athletes at a high rate.
  17. True, but dont punish kids who can do stuff and dont live in a bad neighborhood.
  18. Spring break is right in middle of spring sports Not every team can sched an open week for fall break Basketball is in full go in Dec Make summer like it used to be. Kids at home doing part time jobs, fishing, camping, etc.
  19. I agree. I say it should be at least 25 days. Kids and coaches need a break from each other.
  20. When school is out prices hit their peak anyway. There is no cheap time in June or July to vacation.
  21. 2.79 in Richmond Ky
  22. How about open week, same thing.
  23. I like ice cream too, but I don’t like it when it’s melted and on a stale cone. It’s getting to the point of a safety issue if HS football will be able to survive in the future. Kids get a chance to heal up and play at a higher level and be fresher. You can play same dist games and same amount of playoffs.
