I dont see how he can try to sue the NFL for not being on a team. I mean isnt an owner allowed to decide who he wants and why? If Im an owner do I want a distraction and fans split on whats right or wrong? After all it it an owners team and they are allowed to hire and fire who they please. You dont even have to hit a woman to get suspended. All it takes is someone accusing you of it and you will be suspended.
