HUGE win for the Bears. Total team effort for the Bears who were down two starters and still led for most of the game. LaRue Co,, who was down a player as well, fought back and took a one point lead with 29 seconds left. Spencer County was fouled on an offensive rebound with 6 seconds left and hit both FT’s for the one point lead. LaRue’s final shot was off the mark to close it out.

Currently Woodford would be the one seed in the 30th. They play Spencer on the 6th. Not sure how it will all play out but the 30th is definitely not a blind draw.

Recent Spencer County players playing in college would include: Jonathan and Jackson Combs, both at Asbury, Camden Cox at Ohio Dominican in Columbus and Jack Armstrong at Tennessee Wesleyan in Athens, TN.

Spencer County finally gets a home game after a tough stretch of games on the road and gets a big win against Western. They are back on the road this weekend to play two games at the Hoosier Gym in Knightstown, IN. Should be a lot of fun in an iconic setting.

I have seen them in Five Star Gas Stations.

Spencer County goes on the road and wins a big Regional game against Oldham County. They were down 21 with 2:50 left in the third, 17 at the start of the fourth and came storming back to force overtime. In overtime they pulled away for the win.
