Final from Shelbyville. Ben Bosse with 41 for the Braves.

Correction  it was 82 to 75 .

Looks like I`m going to have to fire my reporter. Final was 85 to 78. And that's my final answer.

Wow! I did not expect this tight of a game. Statement game from Bosse! Are the Braves underrated or is Collins overrated?

Maybe a little of both?  Chalk it up to the craziness that is the 8th Region this year.  It could be a wild ride at the ROY this year.

100%. I was pretty confident at the beginning of districts knowing the 2-3 teams that have a shot at playing in Rupp Arena that March. This season, however, I won't even have my 2-3 teams selected until the completion of the regional semifinals lol.

Absolute craziness without a doubt. I would say there are 5 legitimate contenders right now, with 2-3 more outsiders capable of making a special run. The wildest part of it all is that 4 teams have their eyes set on the 30th District Championship, and all 4 have the potential to do so!

Grant County will either have to beat Simon Kenton or Walton to reach the regional. They lost at Simon Kenton last week and they play at Walton in a week or so. Whether they wind up seeded second or third doesn't really matter, they will still play one of the two in the opening round. There are teams in the eighth that match up well with each other this year.
