I've looked at your schedule the last couple of years, and that watered down version of 2A; color me not impressed. CAL has your number, especially in the regular season. Murray made huge strides last year compared to 2013. Caldwell Co. got overconfident 2 straight years. We waxed Murray and Caldwell. Welcome to the big leagues!

Barring injuries, our line should be just fine come Thanksgiving. My question to you; how do you block someone you can't touch? What will you do if our lineman are 3 yards into your backfield before your lineman can move?

Why doesn't DeSales play Central there in Louisville? A perennial 3A power against a 2A power? How about Manual, Male, Trinity, St.X?

Mayfield has a history of great line coaches, going back at least 60 years. It could be longer than that, but I wasn't alive then. I'm talking great coaches; not just adequate or good coaches. Mayfield is undersized on the line nearly every game, year after year. It doesn't stop us from winning.

Is DeSales better than McCracken? We will see if we both make it. Watch those comparisons. Was Mayfield better than DeSales last year? Mayfield beat Murray 21-10. DeSales beat Murray 14-7. Murray had an 80 yd. TD called back by the refs, an absolutely horrible call. The KHSAA said, "We blew it".

Mayfield is soft. They melt like butter when the heat is on. They only have 21 State Title appearances in the last 38 years. Come on, Trinity and Highlands have won like 23 State Titles apiece. Very weak Mayfield. Soft schedule, soft players, soft coaches.
