Great post...I got 3 reserved seats on one of the QB Club charter buses and will be bringing my oldest 2 boys. Can't wait for the atmosphere and (based upon these posts) something I'd never thought I'd say...the concessions! I love me some football and food!

BCHS is very Sophomore heavy and may take a step back next year but after that (when these 8th graders are Sophomores) BCHS will be very stout for many years to come. Boyle County Youth Football has groomed some great teams down thru 3rd grade right now. It's pretty remarkable to be honest.

Well....with all honesty I can tell you that our defense would not allow runs like that against them. We are solid and with Reese Smith at safety...if you get thru the front seven you're going to have a surprise waiting for you. Lol I'm not saying the kid isn't really good, it's obvious he is, I'm just saying that we would be very difficult to beat. I have it on good word from someone that knows.

No hudl or YouTube. Can't get video from my phone to download. Btw, I did watch your video and the kid looks good but two things. 1.) don't talk to me about strength of schedule ever again, lol. And 2.) those holes would not have been there vs BCMS D. I have plenty I could share, but no way to make it happen.

I'm assuming you are a Belfry fan? And you can't judge things like that. All I know is this...there is no team in KY with the offensive diversity as BCMS. We can throw it or run it equally as effective. I fully believe there were several games the score could have threatened 100 points if we chose to play without 2nd team. It would have been great to have played some of these teams but there was no way to have made it happen this year. Our team next year will be good but nowhere near the strength of the past two seasons. Congrats and Good luck to you guys, see ya in a couple of years!

Boyle Co can stop their run I'm sure. Deep ball is a totally different animal and we better learn how to defend it or Central/LexCath will end our season no doubt.

We beat Anderson twice with a combined score of 76-14. We have been in our conference for at least 2 decades...it's not something you can just decide one day, "Hey, let's screw these other schools and just leave and do our own thing!" It's worked for us for a long time and I don't see it changing. It is what it is.

If they can't throw it deep, I'm not going to worry. Do they have a RB of the caliber of Central Hardin or LexCath? The way to beat BCHS seems to be in the air.

I think Central will beat LexCath if they can get by Boyle...and Boyle will have its hands full w/LexCath if they beat Central. Central will find it hard to run vs Boyle. It's all about match ups.

I will say that if you go back and review when BCMS has won the Salt River Conference football title it has directly correlated to high school state titles. It's actually pretty amazing.

I am. But it's directed at YOU and not Belfry fans. Cause you are the one whining.

1.) I didn't brag and I didn't talk smack. It was an opinion and I said as much. 2.) I know my teams roster and their ages. We are a DII school with far less students than most of our conference schools. And we have rolled everyone by margins that could have EASILY been MUCH worse. Get used to it.

Indeed they will....but you seriously need to relax on here. It's not that big of a deal if someone thinks their team is better than yours. It's what fans do.

Belfry is a great program. Boyle is a great program. I really have no ill will towards them and didn't realize they would get so tore up about my comment that we'd "handle them" this year. My apologies if it somehow offended anyone.

Really?!?! You're going to go with that? Lol You realize it's a great tourney, the best one around...but it's not a KHSAA state tourney, right?!?? You have a great team that had a great season. As did Boyle.
