  1. Yup that's how I see it. More size and athleticism
  2. Ryle cause of their size and has more athleticism on the field.
  3. Across the board, Lex Catholic has the most talent. Like @Bluegrasscard mentioned, Knights just needs to go back to basic. Run Jones, short passes to Thompson, Morris and when the opposing D creeps up, go up top deep to JJ Ogbugo. Also if I may add, some of the play calling IMO have been awful. 3rd or 4th and short and they pass? run with a fullback and follow him. Ram Jones for those short yards.
  4. Eventual champ will come out of region 2. Outside shot, region 3 Simon Kenton.
  5. PC could not contain the speed of Scott Co. HC has just as much speed as Scott Co... But then again this game is being played at PC right? Rain, natural grass, muddy= slow players.
  6. Station by 2TD. I think Horton is the real deal on the line and I would take him in a hearth beat before Lafayette bigs any night. Stations skill players will be too many and too much to them to handle.
  7. Now that last 4-5 post are excellent. That's what I was talking about. Just head to head match up. No Chuckie reference, no who won more district, regional or finals... Just good ole head to head rivalry. God bless to all and the rest of the season. Play injury free and we will see you all on 10-16-2016...
  8. Thank you Sir for clarifying. I am not a math major, but looks like pretty closely even.
  9. Hahaha funny you ask, I actually do know Mr Ed O'Neill. Way back when in Ohio, family acquaintance.
  10. NO! ACTUALLY not. Irrelevant to the topic, more of an Al Bundy reading material.
  11. Again that's great stats, but again reading all the posted thread, sounds like head to head match up.... especially the last couple of season and who has won district and regional. I mean that what I am reading.
  12. WOW! How far do you want to go back? Plus this thread became BC vs LC games of late right? That's what I am reading from post Lex, Purple, Hatz, ATLCats, Jack. Well you did elaborate, but just the wrong topic.
  13. Someone stated " Faltered when it matter most " HUH? Elaborate if you can.
  14. and you're the one that stated " Cooper should dominate this game, cause LC is soft up front and will struggle with Cooper's O/D line ". You maybe be right for this Friday night, but after watching Cooper vs. all their games, I really don't see them as being big, tough line. They have excellent skill players.
  15. On O-line or D-line? Cause scoring 51, 24, 28, 15, 41 pts is not actually saying that O-line front is not doing well.
  16. And how do a D-line prevent an O-line get to the LB? Hold him? Prevent him from going to the next level? If that's the case then O-line wins cause D-line is being block and to occupied to make a play.
  17. With all do respect @oldoc, giving up 36pts to Station and 26 to SK is not what I call world beater of a defense. Not to mentioned giving up points to what we believe this season as an awful Highlands and Campbell county, but If you believe it then so be it. I'm sure Madison Central thought the same and Fagot only put up 290 passing yards and 3 TD and them.
  18. Ok that's fine. I don't live in the past. I am not Al Bundy ( scored 4 TD in a game ) I don't re-live my youth through my kids.... I was simply quoting what Hatz said. I don't care " Call your shot " topic, who's hot and healthy going into the playoffs advance further.
  19. First of all, I was quoting what Hatz had stated. Which was 2 season ago alright. 2nd I know Mercer Co beat Boyle Co that season, I am just piggybacking on what he said that Boyle Co beat Lex Cath in the regular, so what I'm saying is if Boyle Co beats them again this regular season, will Catholic advance further in the playoffs?
  20. They just might beat Lex Cath in the regular season, just like 2 seasons ago.. But what was the outcome of the rest of the playoff? Who survived and gone further?
  21. They ZONE block, hardly ever go one on one blocking.
  22. Considering both defense gives up tons of yards and points, I'll take the over as well.
  23. Crucially city showdown. About 6-8 D1 players on the field for this one. Who wins and why?
