  1. The games between crosstown rivals are always a toss-up, but so fun to watch. LOL I don't predict anything different this year. Great guards against the post players will be the big factor once again.
  2. I agree. Mason should definitely be above Campbell for now, but they are not 16 spots better. Campbell at least deserves to be #25, if nothing else.
  3. Campbell was also missing a top player.
  4. That's cool. What is your reasoning?
  5. I think we'll be fine. We beat Scott by 21 in the district finals last season and they lose 2 starters. So I wouldn't worry too much about our team.
  6. Sam should have a great senior season!
  7. You didn't play 31 games against the state champ.
  8. She played very well this summer with KY Premier against top competition.
  9. I would call a less than .500 season struggling. And if we had girls that don't play much play and still won by 30, that's even worse. And one of our top players didn't play at all.
  10. So the varsity team struggled last year and you miraculously think the jv team is going to come in and be contenders? I don't quite understand your logic. If those girls behind them were so good, then why weren't they contributing to the varsity team's "success"?
  11. That doesn't make any sense. Losing 8 seniors is usually a very big negative.
  12. I'm I honestly think by the end of the season, there won't be a better starting lineup than what the Lady Camels will have.
  13. Look for Justus to have a big year!
  14. I just feel like they have underachieved lately. With all the talent their starting 5 has, they should have been a lot better than they've been for the past couple seasons.
  15. Last season playing my Lady Camels they lost by 30 without Neace. CC was also without their best player.
  16. Hopefully they can overcome the loss of Neace and have a good season! Without Neace they struggled last year.
  17. Lost by 4 last season and I think Holmes loses a lot more than Campbell did. CC also had a player playing limited minutes with a broken hand.
  18. Male comes to Campbell for the girl's first scrimmage before the season starts. it will be a nice test to see if they can keep up with the best in the state.
  19. Anybody else excited for 10th region basketball!?
  20. After watching Mclendon this summer, it seems that she has been working on her scoring. She played very well and was hard to stop driving to the basket.
  21. How do you think Campbell county will do this year?
  22. I completely agree. The lone senior starters will be the difference makers for this team. Kramer will be the team captain that has to motivate the other girls to reach their goal of making it to state. It should be an exciting season!
  23. You have to look at the competition they were playing against though. What tournaments were they in? The only player I saw at elite exposure events was O'Mara who performed very well.
  24. I love the way she plays unselfishly! She is definitely a great player. If I recall, I believe she put up over 20 points against Scott in the district finals this past year and was really the main reason the camels ran away with the game. She may even have had a double-double. I really like her game.
  25. Top Teams: 1. Mason Co. 2. Campbell Co. 3. Scott 4. GRC 5. Bishop Brossart 6. Bracken Co. 7. Bourbon Co. 8. Harrison Co. 9. Nicholas Co. 10. Montgomery Co. Top Players: 1. Bailey Cummins 2. Taylor Clos 3. Whitney O'Mara 4. Emily Schultz 5. Lexie Stapleton 6. Maddie Boone 7. Sydney Anderson 8. Kennedy Igo 9. Kylie Kramer 10. Sarah Arnett
