1. Why does a kid try out that isn't committed to a schedule and set of expectations? I'd assume parents should be a part of that commitment. 2. Why does a coach keep a kid not good enough or with enough potential to play? 3. If I had that many people quit my work team, hr would call and ask me why - also would probably ask the people that quit. - did the other coach question the commitment before letting them join? I would. Hopefully the school is tracking the details and solving the problems.

Glad to have an announcer at a game volunteer to help. Didn't change the outcome - did his best to help with the experience.
