Too many turnovers in the 2nd half for the Cardinals. Having Cornelius pick up his 4th foul (which was a lame call) didn't help either as North Laurel made its comeback with him on the bench.

You are reading way too much into that statement. The Cardinals are inconsistent at times especially during crunch time. GRC could have easily been 5-2 or 6-1 with more consistent effort, energy, and enthusiasm. It will happen soon enough. It is just a heartbeat away.

JJ Johnson will return in a couple of weeks following a pre-season injury. Monte Jenkins is still working his way back into shape after his layoff. Both of these forwards are instrumental to the overall success of the Cards.
