Clay played horrible. Let Hazard control the tempo and slow the game way down. Smith had a very nice all around game. 21pts, 6 rebs, 5 ast, 4 blks. But Clay's overall effort stunk, especially on the defensive end. Must Bring there A game Friday against Knott or it will get ugly.

These ratings are garbage. It has Clay ranked behind a team that they have beat 2x's. Once on the road and once at a neutral site. And to say that Lex Cath and Scott County is in the top 10 is crazy.. just straight garbage

We played 2 tournaments over the holidays 1 in Berea and 1 in western ky, webster county I think and both allowed the teams to play way more than the 13th. I don't care how they call a game as long as there consistent.

Each region has good and bad refs. I will say this the 13th calls way more fouls on average than most. Most of the Richmond and lexington refs let you play alot more.

Harlan county has a nice team that doesn't quit. But Knott has too much fire power. Knott by 15

Horn by 5. LC a different team without there best player.

This one should be a dandy. Too close to call. Pulling for Knox but Beverly may be too much. Perry by 3

What kind of banners do they have. I didn't recall a state championship banner hanging last time I was there.

The refs at rupp didn't seem to mind our football style defense. Only place that did was Wayne.

If you don't think Clay is a 10 to 12 point better team with Farmer playing you obviously haven't seen him play. He's instant offense and rebounds the heck out of the ball. No one will ever know if it would have made a difference because it is what it is. But I can promise you that they are a different and better team with him on the floor. Do you think your team is the same team missing a player of his caliber.

I've watched them 2x this year because the fans was talking them up to be special. They have the exact same team plus a bench player that Clay beat by 20 last year. They didn't impress me one bit. And Clay would beat them easy again.

Yes there are playing in it and NO they can't play with NCC. I'd say NCC would beat them by 15-20 pts.

You don't need to worry about clay playing defense since Wayne is allowing more points than clay. Teach them boys how to play. I just hope we give you all the same treatment the refs gave us last year.

Well when you play a good middle school schedule no you don't get much credit.

You are right Boyle won but if Boyle is a top 10 team on the state then Clay is too. I don't care one bit to lose, look at my post following WJ loss. I clearly stated we got beat fair and square and smacked in the face. This was not the case tonight. I really hope you guys come out of the 12th. I hate Wayne county. And hope we can get out of the 13th.

Boyle is better than WJ IMO. WJ is better 3 pt shooting team. And play more patient and organized ball. I will say this and it's my last comment. If Farmers on the floor mills and Gabbard never see it. He would put up better #s than House and Smith didn't play no where near his best tonight. I really hope these 2 meet again because at full strength Clay is better. Boyle is good as well. Good luck rest of season.

They were 2 horrible no calls against Smith. He was fouled and bleeding on one the other you could clearly hear the smack. Two horrible walk calls and the put back dunk was a goal tend. I seen the skinny black ref tell the other two it was goal tending. I agree on the block calls they were blocks. But the white ref hosed us all night. I'm not one to blame the refs if Clay plays bad I will say so. Clay had there chances down the stretch but had some costly turn overs but it's hard to over come the foal shots being almost four to one.

Boyle has a nice team. Don't get me wrong. But Clay's missing 2 of there top 6 and the foul calls. No way this team beats Clay at full strength. I will say this Boyles coach made very nice adjustments at half to make someone other than Smith beat them.

Fouls 23 to 10 in favor of Boyle. Elkins is a really nice player. But these refs are horrible. Clay with farmer and on a neutral floor beats then double figures. IMO

37-32 @ half Clay..... Smith and Wolfe playing very well for Clay. Smith 12 pts, 2 blks, 2 stls, 4 reb. Wolfe 12 pts, 3 reb. Elkins is a very nice player from Boyle. Really impressed with him. Fouls Clay 13 Boyle 5. Refs calling lopsided.

Williamsburg has played nobody but Corbin. Half the teams in the state would be undefeated with their schedule. Yes Corbin at Corbin was a nice win but they gave that game to you. With the schedule that's left for Williamsburg they should be undefeated going into the region of they are really a good team.
