And as far as I know no they won't be playing Augusta. A lot can change between now and the start of next season but I highly doubt it.

And if I may expand on this Why is it the girls team that is reaping the rewards of this and not the boys? Seems to an outsider lookin in that if the economy and jobs and location are that great some good boys ball player would find their way to Winchester as well.

What's going on in Winchester that is so appealing to families? Is the local economy booming? Are there plentiful good paying jobs to be had? All legit question. I mean if these families are moving in for other reasons that basketball then what are they? I've stayed on the sidelines in this thread and I'm not going to get too involved at this point just the questions that come to my mind. Because these are non basketball related transfers right? They all just happen to be really good players. That one heck of a * coincidence ain't it. :idunno:

Unfortunately yes. Could probably rope off the upper sections and seat everyone that will be there in the lower sections and maybe the end zone. Last time it was at The Fieldhouse and it was an all 37th final I think there may have been 700 ppl there. It's unfortunate because it should be a great game. But it is what it is. If I wasn't taking junior to AAU volleyball practice I'd be there.

Their matchups this season have been classic barn burners. I expect the same tomorrow night. It's extremely difficult to beat a team three times in a season especially when they are he caliber of these two. With that said I'm going Scott by 3-4 points Scott 64 Campbell 61

What a game

This was a great game to watch. Like two prize fighters going back and fourth trading punches. Then I thought they were really gonna trade punches. Paris looked great early on. When they relinquished the lead they seemed frustrated to me and playing as such. Made a run in the closing minute but too much Ohmer and Scott moves on.

It was a valiant effort for the Polar Bears. Once Crawford tied it at 41 with that 40' three I thought maybe the momentum had shifted. But then Bracken went on about a 4 minute span without a FG and a 60.9% effort from the line sealed our fate. Reguardless I'm am so proud of all them boys the played with a ton of heart and leftbit all out there on the court and that's all we as fans could ask. Credit Campbell Co as well. They took our best punch and fought back to regain the lead. Heygi played big at times and other times he was nonexistent. But he did make big shots at crucial point until fouling out in the 4th. #44 sry can't remember him name rt now was big inside disrupting shots when he was in the floor. He too was saddled with foul trouble early and often. Great team effort on both sides tonight. Was a great game. And the fans were out in full force on both sides. Great atmosphere at a pretty packed Fieldhouse. Best venue barr none for the regional tournament.

Scott by 5-8. Ohmer will get his. Dumelow (sp?) will be the difference maker like he was in the Mason. I think this game will be an absolute slobber knocker. Free throws is what itbwill come down too. Paris has to foul to extend game and the eagles excell from the charity stripe

Fox played a great game. Dunnaway fouling out was a huge momentum shifter. Seemed like once Scott got the lead they never relinquished it. Mason would get it down to a point or two but could never get over the hump. Agree with a couple of the fouls on Dunnaway could have went the other way. But 2 out of the 3 charge calls were legit. And that came from a Mason guy that was sitting around me. Right wrong or indifferent a player has to adapt to what calls are being made. Especially when you already have foul trouble. Dunnaway didn't do that. I love his game plays at 100% all the time but sometimes you have to reign it in and that didn't happen tonight. I'm hearing concussion for Perkins and that's unfortunate. I absolutely hate to see a kid get hurt and I hope he recovers quickly. Appeared he got undercut as he was going up for a dunk put back. Don't think it was anything malicious just very unfortunate. Paris/Scott should be a dandy. Especially if both teams come out and play to their fullest potential. As always it was a pleasure getting to watch some basketball with my good friend @mcpapa I really enjoyed watching the games tonight. 10th region tournament where else would anyone want to be this time of year? :thumb:

It's the nature of the beast when playing/watching sports. I was sitting on the Campbell side tonight and every time a call was made against the Camels the fans reacted negatively. But same call goes for the Camels the refs got it right and are the best thing since a pocket on a tee shirt. It happens every game with every fan base. And there will always be the fans of a losing team saying the refs are garbage and need to find a new secondary source of income. And the winning team will praise the officials and nominate them for crew of the year. Happens in every gym every night. Will happen in the semis and the finals too. Just the nature of the beast.
