The thought of spanking makes me laugh. I don't know why. When a kid I was fiercely afraid of it, but now I think it's hilarious. Anyway, I'm a woman. I was spanked. I think maybe the belt too at one point but I've blocked it out of my mind . NOTE: It was warranted. I never ever got an undeserved spanking. I, too, think there is a coorelation between well behaved children compartively to others their age, and spanking. I will spank my children if it's necessary. From my memory, spanking, eating soap, and taking away my lifelines have all been effective punishments. If my mom or dad took away my AIM when I was in middle school or HS I lost it.

I don't think that's the precedent set here. I think the precedent set is that if a law enforcement offers asks you to stop, you stop. If you do not, and there is sufficient cause to believe you may harm the officer or innocent lives in your path, you are at risk and can be shot.

I am not going to moan and groan about Marvin or the entire team and start calling them names like I've seen a lot do tonight on twitter. But, I will say, Dalton is completely uninspiring, very little leadership at all, and no confidence. He should not be the Bengals "guy" at QB. They need to be looking. They should have been a good while ago. How does Cincinnati so badly miss the mark? Signing guys to huge deals and pegging them as "the guy" for the team who are so uninspiring and mentally weak. Votto with The Reds...Dalton with the Bengals. The good news is...we have Sanu and Green who are 2 of the best possible receivers in the league and will be for a long time.

I think each young lady is saying "I will not let this illness destroy or control me; I will control it." The manner in which they choose to control it is 100% their own and neither is incorrect. What fits one may not fit the other. How is Brittney Maynard suffering in pain helping other people? It's not. What IS helping other people is bringing awareness to the fact that you have a choice. I think her announcement last week that she may not end it on the 2nd was really just a means to possibly get a little space and privacy this weekend. I don't think she ever considered prolonging it. Bless her beautiful soul. I applaud her for making a decision that was best for her. There is something ironic about it occurring yesterday, on the same day that Lauren Hill's very public fight of her disease was put in the national spotlight. In a situation like they both faced (are facing) there is no one singular way to handle it. Every person handles it differently and every person should have the right to make the decision that is best for them and their families. Neither one is wrong.

I thought the same thing about Nero. Pretty sure that is his play to get them to leave with him. Disagree on season 3 being bad. After going back to re-watch, I thought it was a pretty entertaining season. This has been the only season I haven't felt that engaged with.

You don't know you have symptoms until you have the symptoms and by then, you could have infected many. I just don't see the issue with 21 days of protecting yourself and others. She has seen how horrible the virus is; all the more reason to do whatever is necessary to prevent it from becoming widespread here.

Yep :( Every single season captured my attention and I was so invested in the people, but now I'm just kinda eh. It's taking forever to get to anything. Even last night, I thought maybe Jury would finally open Jax's eyes to the fact that his mom had be in cohorts with Clay on killing his dad, but nope. Totally different message.

I'm pretty disappointed in the final season right now :(. Makes me sad, because I've thought SO highly of Sutter and of this series. This last season just hasn't gotten me at all invested though. Hoping the last episodes prove me wrong.

Saw some very emotional pictures of his funeral, including Alredo Simon very torn up. The tribute from The Cardinals was beautiful. Also read that Matheny's kids wore Taveras jersey to school and no one said a word (it's a uniform school). On the flip side, the picture of his dead body in the morgue that is floating around is so disturbing and heartbreaking, but a great way to scare your teen or young adult (it scared me!) into never texting or forgetting to wear a seatbelt again. (He wasn't texting, that I know of, but he was speeding and not wearing a seat belt.)

Of those, a BB gun on campus, underage drinking, and posession of mary jane should absolutely result in it. The other ones, no.
