There is a difference on a kid asking for a shot at a spot and Telling a coach he will not play in a certain spot. I don't care if the kid is Shaun Alexander, if he doesn't want to play a certain position, then he can go and play for SK!!!!! Just kidding

I am not sure why he is in the backfield??? He is as close to being a RB as I am being a Pro Basketball player lol. #26 does do a nice job, this team has a lot of work ahead of them and the boys need to do what's best for the team or not go out on the field at all. I say send the boys that want to play where you put them to JV if you run out of players.

Is the England kid playing for Ryle? Haven't heard much about him this year

SK's starting running back better be careful filling that water so well, or he will lose his spot to #38 which should be his spot now anyway. JMO

I'm not disagreeing that the score could have been that. Camels have a lot of players in wrong spots IMO. I'm sure Coach is figuring that out and Changes are coming(I hope) Coach Lickert says Accept Your Role, these boys need to do that or don't play. Too many good players sitting out because they don't want to play a certain spot. I'm sure Coach will fit the puzzle pieces together soon.

#38 Quincy North for SK had a good game, ran hard and took a pounding as well.

I would say SK was way more gassed than Highlands, because I was on the Highlands sideline and about 1/2 the game multiple starters were on the bench drinking water and chilling out. I didn't see many starters on SK get a break at all. I still would say Highlands put it in cruise control which says a lot about their coaching staff. Class Act

I really don't think the heat had much to do with Highland letting off the gas pedal. Highlands 2nd team played a lot of the 2nd quarter and when SK would start to move the ball, here come the big dogs to put a stop to that QUICK! I could tell Highlands was experimenting with some things the 2nd half. If they wanted to, they could have scored at will.

It looked like Highlands took their foot off the gas and coasted 2nd half on. I think they could have beat Simon 68-0 if they wanted to.

Very well said......My son is wanting to go fishing and do things with his friends and it is all taken up by sports. He loves sports, but it comes a time that they have to be a kid as well. I am a believer if you pound All the time sports at a kid, they will get burnt out. He is at that very point with 1 particular sport at this moment and I hope he doesn't decide to give that up.
