Early in the year I was in the camp that Cingrani should stay in AAA and not relieve. But as bad as the bullpen has been the Reds need all help they can get and Cingrani would be an instant upgrade.

UL and Kentucky are really close but look at the subsidy column. UK has less than 900K in subsidies while UL has over 10 million... That skews the numbers a bit
